Ms. Adames is a seasoned family law and divorce attorney who provides sophisticated, strategic, and compassionate representation to clients navigating complex and often highly personal family law matters. Licensed to practice law in California since 2013, she has extensive experience handling a wide range of cases, including complex property division, equity compensation, business valuations, child and spousal support, domestic violence, child custody and visitation, and mediation.
Before founding Adames & Ash, LLP, Ms. Adames gained substantial experience working with prominent family law practitioner Nat E. Hales, where she built a strong foundation in complex, high-asset family law matters. Drawing on that experience, she later joined Tristan R. Aeschleman as a founding partner of Adames & Ash, LLP, where she continues to represent clients in matters ranging from negotiated resolutions to highly contested family law disputes.

Tristan R. Aeschleman is a Santa Clara County family and divorce attorney who combines compassion, experience, and strategic advocacy to help clients navigate complex and deeply personal family law matters.
Licensed to practice law in California since 2011, Tristan has been recognized as a 2026 Super Lawyer and was previously selected as a Rising Star each year since 2019. He also holds a 10.0 “Superb” rating on Avvo.
